Back to the 1950's
As part of our topic of Life in the 1950's P4G and P4D visited The Causeway Memorial School at the Giants Causeway one very stormy day in February! We dressed up like children from the 50's and spent a day in a 50's classroom. We all enjoyed the messy ink pens but we weren't so keen on the very strict teacher and her cane!

Morning Activities
Each morning when we arrive into school we settle down quickly to a morning activity. On Mondays we play maths games. This is a great way to kick start our brains - we can also snack on a slice of toast while we play!
This half term we have been learning about owls and studying the novel 'The Owl Who was Afraid of the Dark' by Jill Tomlinson. Some interesting websites include:
