Ballysally's netball team played their first competitive matches of the season today at a friendly Blitz organised by Netball Northern Ireland!
The girls, only 4 of which had played competitively before, won 2, drew 2 and lost 2 matches scoring plenty of goals ššš»
What was most impressive was the speed and accuracy of passing and how well they gelled as a team. Well done girls!! šš»āØ
Thanks to our captain today Emily for organising the warm up and giving the pep talks. š
Thank you to those who helped with transport and to Parent/Governor Mrs Stirling for assisting with the team.
Huge thank you to Mrs Gilmore who coached the netball team. She is a driving force and is so brilliant at coaching and preparing the girls for their matches! Super work Mrs G šŖš»š
The team will have a couple more friendlies then will begin their league matches. We look forward to hearing of their future achievements!! š
